FLUENCY HUB
Each 90-minute session offers opportunities for participants to develop fluency and confidence when speaking English, as they interact with other international graduate students and EAP faculty. Participants will also learn vocabulary and idiomatic expressions. Topics change every week. Participants are encouraged to suggestdiscussion topics.
A friendly and supportive group designed to help you:

✅ Expand your vocabulary and idioms
✅ Practice pronunciation
✅ Explore American culture
✅ Build confidence in conversation
This service is free and is not a regular class. Each session is independent. You may join at any time in the semester and attend as many sessions as you can.
You do not need to RSVP to attend, but it helps us plan and gives us an idea of how many students are interested.

fall 2026 SCHEDULE
IN PERSON (6 sessions): First and Third Friday of the month in September, October and November
DATES: September 4 &18, October 2 & 16, November 6 & 20
TIME: 3:00 to 4:30 PM
LOCATION: 335 Rovetta Building B
VIRTUAL (3 sessions): Busy on Friday afternoons? We will be offering 3 online sessions (60 minutes) on select Thursdays. You do not need to attend all the sessions to participate. In-person attendees are also welcomed in the online sessions.
